Return Policy

Return policy: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. All products are packed securely. Any damages, which may occur during shipment, must be reported to UPS or the USPS and to Sima's Sweets & Sours within 2 days of receipt. Sima's Sweets & Sours will make every effort to replace or refund damaged product, based on verification provided by the recipient from UPS or the USPS. Original packing box(es) must be available for return or inspection. If a package shows damage upon receipt, please refuse delivery and Contact Us.
